(A) Molson Coors (UK) & Sky Deal Terms & Conditions

As you know, Molson Coors is committed to building and maintaining a great partnership and we are keen to support your business by helping you with your monthly Sky bill.

You sign up to Sky Ultimate and Molson Coors will fund via direct payment to Sky the relevant percentage contribution. Molson Coors will liaise directly with Sky on this, which may involve the transfer of your personal data to Sky, which you as the Customer confirm you are happy for us to do.

At the outset, we will agree with you which deal you wish to take advantage of depending on which criteria you meet. Please note that this represents significant investment for Molson Coors and Sky. As such, we are comfortable for you to upgrade, but not downgrade, the deal you will trade to, if relevant.

Molson Coors will provide the benefits as set out in the relevant deal on a month-to-month basis provided you comply with the Conditions attached to that deal. Our agreement will run for a 12 month period, beginning on the date you sign up to this promotion, see (B), (C), (D), (E), (F), (G), (H), (I) and (J) for further details. Any new to Sky customer must sign up to Sky through your Molson Coors (UK) or Sky Sales Representative. You must be eligible to be a Sky customer to take advantage of this promotion.

Payment terms apply. Maximum payment terms are 2 weekly by electronic payment Direct Debit or Debit/Credit Card. Applicable to Independent Licenced Premise only. Other payment terms apply, speak to your Molson Coors (UK) sales representative for more information.

In addition, you must comply at all times with the terms of Your Deal including the credit terms and trading with Molson Coors for at least one yearfrom signing up to a promotion. Applicable to Independent Licenced Premise only.

You must stock and continually have on your bar for sale the products set out in the deal you have agreed to.

Please note that we may agree some specific exceptions, such as regional casks where we cannot supply them to you. Please discuss this with your Molson Coors (UK) Sales Representative.

In the event that you do not comply with any of the Conditions set out here, in Your Deal, or in any other agreement you have with Molson Coors, we reserve the right at any point to:

1) Immediately cease providing the benefit of the promotions, such that we will cease to pay the discount to Sky. We will inform Sky and it shall, in the next invoice to you for your Sky Package, charge you the full amount due for that service.
2) In addition, we can require immediate repayment from you of all contributions to your Sky bills which have been paid by us to Sky on your behalf.

Please keep in mind there may be other consequences of failing to comply with other agreements. We suggest you review them if you are not certain.

If our agreement with Sky terminates your Molson Coors (UK) Sales Representative will contact you to discuss options.

If your agreement with Sky terminates through any action or omission on your part, the terms of this deal will continue in relation to stocking Conditions for the remainder of the agreed term. In the event that you don’t comply with the Conditions, Molson Coors (UK) reserves the right to require repayment as set out in 2) above.

Your adherence to the minimum throughputs will be monitored on a monthly basis by Molson Coors (UK) and your Pub Co. Molson Coors (UK) have the right to move your discount band based on your throughputs. If you do not meet the minimum throughput for more than 3 months, Molson Coors (UK) reserve the right to remove your discount with 7 days notice.

Just to let you know, we will be using all information from your ordering and invoicing to make sure you are trading with us as agreed, as we can only offer this great deal for you, if you keep ordering on the basis of the Deal you have signed up to. If we have any concerns, your Molson Coors (UK) Sales Representative will discuss them with you. (Please keep in mind there may be other consequences of failing to comply with other agreements. We suggest you review them if you are not certain)

Installation and monthly service of a PSTN and ADSL line dedicated to public WiFi included. Equipment (including router) remains the property of Sky. Standard set-up for single access point (AP) is free of charge. Site survey and additional Aps may be required and costs extra. End user and further terms apply.

(B) Independent Licensed Premise - Scotland
